Sous la supervision générale du Directeur de campus, le/la réceptionniste est en charge de gérer le bureau de réception pour le campus.
Cette position fournit des services administratifs pour l’entreprise, incluant un support au Directeur de campus, au personnel administratif, aux enseignants et aux étudiants. Le/la réceptionniste est responsable de garantir le niveau requis de fournitures et les équipements nécessaires pour le bon fonctionnement du campus.

- Classer les transmissions par télécopieur.
Admissions :
- Remettre le test d’admission au client et corriger le test d’admission; + typomètre;
- Émettre un reçu pour les frais d’inscription;
- Prendre les paiements des étudiants;
- Création des cartes étudiantes;
- Imprimer les étiquettes pour les nouveaux dossiers;
- Préparer l’enveloppe de départ des nouveaux étudiants (copie bleue du contrat, lettre de bienvenue et carte étudiante);
- Préparation des lettres de confirmation d’études pour les étudiants;
- Poster différents documents non réclamés aux étudiants (cartes RCR, PDSB, etc.);
- Classement de documents dans les dossiers étudiants;
